  • Important: Please note that not every photo is suitable for a round or oval transfer, as essential parts of the image may be cropped.

• Best Results: Please send us your photos in digital form and best quality. After completing your order, send your image selection to: info@tierurnen-profi.de.

• Security through Suggestion: After payment is received, you will receive up to 3 design suggestions for your transfer image within 24 hours.

• Your Approval Matters: You can, of course, request changes to these suggestions according to your wishes. Only after your graphic approval will your photo urn be quickly and exclusively crafted for you.

Important Ordering and Purchase Notes (Please read carefully!)

• Urn Not Included! Attention: You are purchasing only the transfer image (the image sticker) here. The urn itself is not included in the price and must be added to your cart separately.

• Additional Items: Additional lettering (e.g., your pet's name) is also not included and must be added separately from our range of embellishments if desired.

• Purchase Requirement: This item can only be purchased together with a paid urn from our shop.

• Production Time: The production of the transfer image takes approximately 1–4 additional business days on top of the regular delivery time for your urn. If choosing express shipping, you must factor in these extra 1–4 days.

• Exclusion from Exchange: Since these pet urns are individually personalized for you, they are excluded from exchange or return.

• Example Photos: The product photos are merely examples of how your urn could look with the transfer image and do not constitute a complete offer.
