Are shipping costs included in the price of the urns?

The prices listed at Tierurnen Profi are **final prices**. Delivery **within Germany is free of charge**. As a customer, you will incur no further costs.

Please refer to our shipping terms for shipping costs within the European Union. Outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties and VAT may apply.

Can I choose a shipping company and how long does shipping take?

No, unfortunately not. Since we ship ourselves, but also from other warehouses, we have no influence on the selection of the transport company.

  • Urn delivery usually takes **two working days within Germany**.
  • Delivery to all other European countries takes **3-7 working days**.

Which urn size do I need for my pet?

We recommend choosing an urn with a **slightly larger volume** (especially if the animal was more corpulent), as the specified animal weight is calculated based on a normal body structure.

Is my order incorrect, incomplete, or defective?

In case of faulty, incomplete, or defective deliveries, please contact our customer service via email: **info@tierurnen-profi.de**.

For a quick process, we ask you to provide the following:

  • The invoice or order number.
  • The reason for the complaint.
  • A photo illustrating the reason for the complaint.

Important: Please note that complaints must reach us **within 24 hours of receiving the goods**. Later complaints cannot be considered.

How do I order a pet urn?

You can order a pet urn online in **5 easy steps**:

  1. Create a customer account with a valid telephone number and email address. (Important for personalizations so we can quickly clarify/send production approval).
  2. Select a pet urn in the shop and **add it to your cart**.
  3. If you desire a personalized urn, select the personalization option in the "Personalization" category and also add it to the cart.
  4. Click on "Checkout," select shipping method/delivery address, and then the desired payment method. Leave us a message under "Your remarks." Clicking "Continue" will redirect you to the payment service provider.
  5. After being redirected back to our shop, check your data for correctness and **must confirm your purchase** using the **“Order with obligation to pay”** button to complete the order.

How do I upload my photos for a photo urn?

To avoid impairing image quality, we do not allow you to upload your pictures directly in the online shop. We therefore ask you to send us a selection of photos to the following email address: **info@tierurnen-profi.de**

Why multiple photos if possible?

Not every photo is suitable for an oval, round, or square photo transfer.

Where can I find external product reviews for Tierurnen Profi?

We refrain from using external review platforms for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient feedback options.
  • No individual consultation.
  • No guarantee of quality.
  • No direct communication with the company.
  • Lack of review verifiability (risk of inaccurate or false information).

Our best review is you and your **customer photos**, which you can find in our customer gallery. A photo from proud and satisfied customers says more than words written anywhere on the internet.
