• Custom Sizing: We individually and harmoniously adjust the height and stone size of the lettering to the dimensions of your ordered urn.
   

Your Step-by-Step Order (Important!)

Since every single character, including letters, numbers, and punctuation (e.g., periods, dashes), is calculated individually, please follow this procedure:

1. Select Characters Individually: Choose the desired character and add it to your cart one by one.

2. Repeat: Repeat this process for every character in the name or text.

   • Cost Example: One character costs €12.80.

   • Calculation Example: Name "MAX" (3 characters) = €38.40 | Name "SOFIA" (5 characters) = €64 | Text "Max 2001-2021." (13 characters, as the period counts) = €166.40
      

Important Ordering Notes

• Must Be Purchased Separately: Please note that you are only ordering the crystal characters. The urn itself is not included in the price and must be added to the cart separately from our extensive urn assortment. This item can only be purchased together with a paid urn.

• Production Time: The individual application of the crystal lettering requires approximately 2 additional business days on top of the regular delivery time for your urn.

• Placement Request: Please communicate any special requests regarding the positioning and alignment of the lettering in the comments field during the checkout process.

• Klarna Customers – Review Required: Please carefully check all ordered characters. For incomplete orders processed via Klarna, we unfortunately must cancel the entire order (manual re-calculation is not possible). You would then need to place a corrected order again via Klarna.

• Exclusion from Exchange: We note that pet urns personalized with crystals are excluded from exchange or return.
