• Photo Quality: Please send us your image in digital format and in best quality.

• Important Note: Please be aware that it is not possible to isolate the subject from all photos (e.g., in cases of very blurry or overly complex backgrounds).

• Sending the Image: After completing your order, please send us a selection of images to info@tierurnen-profi.de.

Our Service: Visual Preview Included

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive up to 3 proposals for the design of your freestanding transfer image within 48 hours. You can, of course, request changes to these proposals to fit your ideas. Following your graphic approval, your photo urn will be crafted quickly and exclusively for you.

Important Ordering and Purchase Notes (Please Read Carefully!)

• Urn Not Included! Attention: You are purchasing only the "Freestanding Transfer Image" option here. The urn itself is not included in the price and must be added to your cart separately.

• Additional Embellishment: Additional lettering (e.g., your pet's name) is also not included and must be added separately from our range of embellishments if desired.

• Purchase Requirement: This item can only be purchased together with a paid urn from our shop.

• Production Time: The production of the freestanding transfer image takes approximately 1–4 additional business days on top of the regular delivery time for your urn.

• Exclusion from Exchange: We advise that pet urns individually personalized with a freestanding transfer image are excluded from exchange or return.
