Transfer images are made from a high quality glossy laminate (image sticker).
Your loved one is cropped in the image (background is removed) and only this part is transferred as a transfer image to your chosen urn.
Your picture should be in digital form and in best quality.
- Please note that not all photos can be cropped of your pet.
Please send us a selection of pictures for this purpose after completing your order to info@tierurnen-profi.de.
After receipt of payment you will receive up to 3 proposals within 48 hours, which can of course be modified according to your wishes. After your approval of the graphics, your photo urn will be produced quickly and exclusively for you.
The production of the transfer image takes approx. 1-3 days in addition to the delivery time indicated for the selected items (urn). For express shipments you have to allow 1-3 days more.

We would like to point out that pet urns which are personalised for you with a transfer picture (photo) cannot be exchanged.
The article photos (urn + transfer picture) are only example photos of how your urn could look like and do not include a complete offer. You are only ordering the option "Transfer image optional". You still have to add your desired urn and/or inscription to the shopping cart for this item (are not included in the item price and must be purchased separately).
