Born from Love – The Founding of Tierurnen-Profi

A Personal Loss and a New Mission

The story of Tierurnen-Profi doesn't start in an office, but in a living room – in a moment of deepest grief. In 2013, our current owner, Régis Ogé-Perrin (then 40), faced the painful task of saying goodbye to his beloved Poodle Max. Max was more than just a dog; he was a family member and a loyal companion who enriched Régis' life for many years.

When the time came to choose a dignified final resting place for Max, Régis encountered a disappointing reality: the market offered almost exclusively cold, interchangeable, and industrially manufactured pet urns. None of them reflected the deep, unique bond he had with Max.

The Birth of Tierurnen-Profi

From this frustration and the deep desire to spare other pet owners this deficiency, a clear vision emerged: We must create keepsakes that are just as unique and loving as the animals they shelter.

Still in the same year, 2013, Régis Ogé-Perrin founded Tierurnen-Profi. The mission was simple: We wanted to be the best place to find personalized, dignified, and beautiful pet urns. Our assortment is a tribute to the unforgettable animals that have touched our hearts, especially the late Max and the Pointer female Sophia, who accompanies Régis to this day.
